Terms and Conditions for booking DJ Services with EA DJ’s.

1. Booking Confirmation:

1.1. By submitting a deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein for booking DJ services (“Services”) with EA DJ’s (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1.2. Your booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, subject to availability and acceptance of these terms.

2. Deposit:

2.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

2.2. The deposit amount and payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.

2.3. Failure to submit the deposit by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Payment:

3.1. The remaining balance for the Services is due on or before the event date.

3.2. Payments can be made via cash, BACS transfer, or cheque.

3.3. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or cancellation of services.

4. Cancellation:

4.1. Cancellation by Client:

4.1.1. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. 4.1.2. Cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior to the event date to avoid additional charges.

4.1.3. If cancellation notice is provided less than 30 days prior to the event the client will be responsible for 50% of the agreed fee.

4.1.4. If no notice is provided of the cancellation, the client will be responsible for 100% of the agreed fee.

4.2. Cancellation by EA DJ’s:

4.2.1. We reserve the right to cancel the Services due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

4.2.2. In the event the DJ is unable to perform for any reason, EA DJ’s, or the DJ performing on behalf of EA DJ’s, will not be liable for any amount in excess of the amount paid by the client under this agreement.

4.2.3. In the event that EA DJ’s exercises the right under 4.2.1. to cancel the event, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

5. Changes to Booking:

5.1. Any changes to the booking details must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties.

5.2. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after the booking confirmation.

6. Performance:

6.1. We will make all reasonable efforts to perform the Services as agreed upon in the booking.

6.2. We reserve the right to make substitutions or changes to personnel or equipment if necessary.

7. Liability:

7.1. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the provision of Services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.

7.2. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the Services.

7.3. You will be liable for any damage caused to the equipment during the provision of the Services, including repair or replacement if required.

8. Governing Law:

8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom and Wales.

8.2. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom and Wales.
